Our menus have always been about foundations, whether they be cultural, communal, or culinary: recipes from our grandparents and from our travels; family and friends together sharing the experience of food and wine; the building blocks of great dishes – our signature Le Metro breads and the freshest ingredients.

Le Metro menus change with the seasons. There are many Le Metro classics, however, that customers do not let us retire – none more so than the original Turkey Sage sandwich – a legacy from our humble cafe beginnings that has risen to cult status.
